limited breakfast slow elevators
The room size felt a bit cramped. Barely enough space to move around with my luggage. breakfast wasn't great either, with very limited options for anyone not wanting meat. also, the elevators seemed slow, frustrating, especially during peak hours.. it really tested my patience.

The hotel is located near three train stations. I found it easy to travel around. The room was very clean, with daily servicing done to a high standard. The staff was friendly and helpful (. Check-in was efficient. It was partially automated.

I found the staff cute and always ready to assist, a true gem. breakfast offered a good variety, especially the local dishes. Each morning reminded me of a new culinary adventure. the location proved convenient. Many attractions are easily reachable with a short walk, so convenient. i loved the room lighting controls. It really added a touch of modern comfort to my stay.
The room was a bit small, leaving limited space to fully open a large suitcase. Packing lighter might be better.

the room was clean even when we did not want it cleaned we received new towels
the automatized check-in was not that automatic i needed human assistance i could not pay with a contactless card only a physical card or cash was accepted breakfast is good but every day is almost the same

A Lovely Stay in a Quiet Spot

The staff were helpful and very kind. My room and bathroom were clean. Free coffee and tea were available each day in the dining room starting at 10 a.m. I appreciated that the hotel lent me an umbrella for the day. The room included fresh towels each day.
There was no face lotion provided in the hotel.

helpful staff clean room small room fair walk
the front desk staffs was really helpful with directions. i appreciate they took an extra step. the room were really clean and it was also bigger than i expected.
the room was small, had just enough room to open the suitcases. beds was definitely not double beds. its a fair walk to the nearest subway stations.
